Not only was he ontime and punctual, but the warranty process with Jesse was so easy, he answered all of our questions and walked us through the process clearly. Very professional and knowledgeable, he was kind, polite and very thorough. Jesse's attitude and attention to detail are Superiors company standard, in which we had experienced once before, and this time was no differen. Kevin Justesen1 days agoThe sales guy arrived in the morning at the correct time!! I already like him. He was very professional and was able to answer all of our questions and was also a great teacher. We were impressed enough to start the contract process. We were asked when we would like to get the install done. We say that anytime would be a great day and time etc. The salesman called Anthony (the installation technician) to ask him when he would be able to install the water softener systems? Anthony responded and said he just finished another system early today and he would be able to come to my house in 30 to 40 minutes. We all agreed and asked Anthony to please start the installation process Today. Anthony arrived about 30 minutes. Anthony was very professional and very helpful for letting us know what to expect during the installation process. He also helped me understand how to use the new system Before he departed What a great crew of guys! They were able to “Bid the Job” and complete all of the paperwork etc. We were able to get an 18 months contract with zero interest Then, they were able to install the new system the same day!Posted on Google

FINANCIAL ELDER ABUSE!!!!!! my mom needed a new wax seal. $160 tops For a 20 minute job! Without blinking, they told her it would be $550! Totally tried to take advantage of an old woman that can’t pull a toilet. She kept asking for prices over the phone and they wouldn’t give it to her.. Shame, shame, shame!!!Posted on Google

I appreciate that he fixed my water heater and did a couple of extra things. However, I give Superior I star for how much I was charged for the service when this water heater is under warranty. I have had so many problems with this water heater and I can no longer afford to use Superior. I would never be able to recommend Superior to anyone.Posted on Google

They are our saviors! Chris and X’avior replaced our furnace today and did such an excellent job. Explained the new thermostat and showed me pictures of all the work they did in the crawl space. Doug Rutan5 days agoThe techs were great! But we are very disappointed and upset with the scheduling office. We were confirmed for 8-12 today. I had confirmed it my text yesterday. No one showed up or called all morning. We gad errands to do but planned to do then in the afternoon. We were ready to leave when the tech called and said they would be here in 15 minutes. They arrived about 2pm. Needless to say we couldn’t do our errands. We could have done them in the morning but Mooney called to tell us they were coming in the afternoon instant the morning. TWiXT5 days agoThey installed a Tankless Water Heater in July, which was very expensive ($8k), But their work was very professional and quick, I've got no complaints there whatsoever. However, before installing it, they told me my house water pressure was above regulation, and if I didn't also pay for a Pressure Regulator to bring it down to the regulation standard, any damage done to the water heater by our higher pressure would NOT be covered under the new Heaters 25yr Warranty. So, wanting to protect my investment, I payed an additional $1125 to have one put in. Ever since then, Our Dish Washer, & Laundry Machine take longer to fill or don't get dishes clean in the first run. Our Showers are weak and anytime we run more than 1 faucet in the house, both reduce to dribbles, and our sprinklers don't cover enough of the lawn to keep it alive. So, basically I feel like I was Strong-Armed into paying for a pressure regulator due to the threat that our new water heater could lose its warranty, and on top of costing another $1k, it has dropped our overall quality of life.Posted on Google

The owner is never in the office according to the receptionist. I'm other words they just didn't care! Superior will not make it right to their customers. Debra Fitzgerald7 days agoPut in a new Air conditioner which I have loved. However, I was promised rebates of $1200.00 which I have not received. I have called and sent text messages I was told that the receipts had not been sent and that they were don it that was two weeks ago 09-26-2026. I got the more expensive air conditioner because the rebates made it worth the extra upfront money. I really am hoping I can get the rebates I was promised or at least get a date when they will come.Posted on Google

He was professional and knowledgeable as well. My experience so far is they have hired a solid group of techs, I was planning on canceling my subscription after a year, just to shop around. My son watched him as he was asked to repeat it. 0% carbon monoxide. Will not use Superior again. He was ready to he us a new heater the next day!!!!!Posted on Google

Superior Water and Air had people there that night and they had options the fix or replace. Since it was about 15 years old, we replaced and they were installing it THE NEXT DAY. Phillip Garding13 days agoWe woke up this morning to discover that our water softener was discharging water constantly. I called Superior and they added me to their schedule even though they had no open times. About 90 minutes later, Austin and Zack arrived. They quickly diagnosed that the seals inside the unit were had, and they had the parts in the truck. They also noticed a small leak on a pipe which they fixed. Jenny Marshall13 days agoOne issue after another because Superior change from being “Superior” who had master technicians to a corporate company who hires people based on zero skills on Commission, it’s ridiculous. They leave them wanting to collect their commission as fast as possible, and not do things correctly and get out that’s what’s been going on and they can’t even get an inspection done properly! The woman, who does this has never done it correctly! 2 separate time I have a person on the phone saying it’s finalized for this date this time, and then on that day I get a text” we need to finalize the inspection”. OK you guys haven’t finished certain things. Plus they you cannot keep making phantom appointments! I’d like my fireplace turned back on thank you! Michu Gracey13 days agoWe had Superior Water and Air installed a water softerner just 3 months ago. We did it to mainly prong and maintain our relatively newer 6.5 year old tankless water heater. We called another company prior, and they addressed the critical maintenance and service issue of the water heater in connection with the installation of water softerner. As a Costco member, we ended up hiring the Superior instead as it was sponsored by Costco. We also have the Superior installed the Osimos Reverse water system at the same time. 3 months later, we found ourselves without hot water. They sent a technician named Ben. We learned that they didn't address any preventive care such as flushing and servicing at the time of the water softerner installation. We thought it was all a part of the installation as suggested by another company. We spent thousands of dollars to have peace of mind. The last thing we expected was having a water heater problem just 3 months after we thought it was all promptly addressed. Ben quoted us almost $1200 for flushing the tankless water heater and replaced the servo valve. He also insisted on charging us $69 service call fee as well. We ended up purchasing a membership of $35 monthly to get a membership discount. Still, we only saved about $200 and paid over $ 900! I was communicating with Ben and my 77 year old husband on the phone as I was out of town on the day when Ben came out. We felt we had no choice as we were out of hot water for several days, and I wasn't there at the time to get another bid on the job. We believed the Superior would stand by their prior work and would be fair with their customers. Later, from our research, we learned the cost of the total works would be between $350-$850, not almost $1200! We felt we were misled, and it's unprofessional on their part.Posted on Google

John Oldham16 days agoWhen the appointment was made I was told it would be between 12:00 noon and 4:00 pm with the tech to call and let us know when he was on his way. Instead, with no prior call he showed up at about 10:10 am when my wife was home alone. Not good! We had arranged our day around an afternoon appointment. English is clearly his second language and with his accent and my poor hearing (78 yrs) I had a very hard time understanding what he said. He eventually got the job done. When he left there were two lights left on in the my basement. Overall, not a good experience.Posted on Google
Bart Benson17 days agoBait and switch tactics, very unethical. I had a $49 coupon for a drain clearing they refused to honor even though the price was agreed upon before I scheduled the appointment. Work was done in a rental unit I own so I was not present, I felt something was up when right before the appointment I received a call telling me there would also be a $49 trip charge, I reluctantly agreed. They charged my card $298. Don't give them your card # in advance! when calling to complain I was told I would have to wait for their manager to call me, surprise, surprise he never did call. Jonathan Moulton25 days agoThe plumber that changed out our garbage disposal did a great job. He was very quick and very professional. We had a good conversation and he seemed genuinely interested in helping us get the best price for all of the preventive maintenance that Superior Water & Air performs for us (tankless water heater, furnaces, condensing unit, water softener, reverse osmosis system). My only complaint is that he was three hours late. He was supposed to arrive between noon and 4:00 p.m., but didn't arrive until about 7:00 p.m. I don't fault the plumber, I think Superior Water & Air needs to work on their scheduling. He had to work on a well in Cache Valley before coming to perform our job. Superior Water & Air replaced our tank water heater with a tankless system when it failed, installed a reverse osmosis system for us and has performed inspections and repairs on our water softener, furnaces and condensing units. I've liked them as a company and they seem to send vey qualified and professional people. They just need to work on not over-scheduling their team so they can meet their appointment times.Posted on Google

They were considerate from start to finish and treated my home with respect the entire time. What really stood out is that they didn't stop at the new equipment. They also put in a new return duct for my existing furnace, annd improved how that existing system runs and made the whole setup easier for me to live with. They saw a way to make things better and took care of it. I'm very pleased with the result, and this experience makes me want to bring more of my business to Superior Air. They got us on their schedule as soon as possible. And John and Chris who came to fix the system were both excellent. They not only diagnosed the problem but made sure it got fixed that day, even though it took them a few trips for parts and sitting through a summer rain shower while they monitored the system to make sure the repair was working. They were professional and pleasant the whole time they were here, answered my questions, explained the issue to me, and gave me complete confidence in them and the company they represent.
