Sas Smith3 days agoNot good. The service/sales guy said we were getting 5% carbon monoxide and shut our heat off (18 degree weather). My son watched him as he was asked to repeat it. 0% carbon monoxide. Will not use Superior again. He was ready to he us a new heater the next day!!!!!Posted on Google

William Cartrette3 days agoThe motor on my furnace blower shorted and started on fire at around 6pm on a Friday. The breaker blew, so we were lucky. Superior Water and Air had people there that night and they had options the fix or replace. Since it was about 15 years old, we replaced and they were installing it THE NEXT DAY. Phillip Garding4 days agoWe woke up this morning to discover that our water softener was discharging water constantly. I called Superior and they added me to their schedule even though they had no open times. About 90 minutes later, Austin and Zack arrived. They quickly diagnosed that the seals inside the unit were had, and they had the parts in the truck. They also noticed a small leak on a pipe which they fixed. It was all under warranty and handled quickly and efficiently. Excellent work, excellent service.Posted on Google

Jenny Marshall4 days agoOne issue after another because Superior change from being “Superior” who had master technicians to a corporate company who hires people based on zero skills on Commission, it’s ridiculous. They leave them wanting to collect their commission as fast as possible, and not do things correctly and get out that’s what’s been going on and they can’t even get an inspection done properly! The woman, who does this has never done it correctly! 2 separate time I have a person on the phone saying it’s finalized for this date this time, and then on that day I get a text” we need to finalize the inspection”. OK you guys haven’t finished certain things. Plus they you cannot keep making phantom appointments! I’d like my fireplace turned back on thank you! And a system that was a biohazard out of the house I just bypassed!Posted on Google
Michu Gracey4 days agoWe had Superior Water and Air installed a water softerner just 3 months ago. We did it to mainly prong and maintain our relatively newer 6.5 year old tankless water heater. We called another company prior, and they addressed the critical maintenance and service issue of the water heater in connection with the installation of water softerner. As a Costco member, we ended up hiring the Superior instead as it was sponsored by Costco. We also have the Superior installed the Osimos Reverse water system at the same time. 3 months later, we found ourselves without hot water. They sent a technician named Ben. We learned that they didn't address any preventive care such as flushing and servicing at the time of the water softerner installation. We thought it was all a part of the installation as suggested by another company. We spent thousands of dollars to have peace of mind. The last thing we expected was having a water heater problem just 3 months after we thought it was all promptly addressed. Ben quoted us almost $1200 for flushing the tankless water heater and replaced the servo valve. He also insisted on charging us $69 service call fee as well. We ended up purchasing a membership of $35 monthly to get a membership discount. Still, we only saved about $200 and paid over $ 900! I was communicating with Ben and my 77 year old husband on the phone as I was out of town on the day when Ben came out. We felt we had no choice as we were out of hot water for several days, and I wasn't there at the time to get another bid on the job. We believed the Superior would stand by their prior work and would be fair with their customers. Later, from our research, we learned the cost of the total works would be between $350-$850, not almost $1200! We felt we were misled, and it's unprofessional on their part.Posted on Google

Bart Benson8 days agoBait and switch tactics, very unethical. I had a $49 coupon for a drain clearing they refused to honor even though the price was agreed upon before I scheduled the appointment. Work was done in a rental unit I own so I was not present, I felt something was up when right before the appointment I received a call telling me there would also be a $49 trip charge, I reluctantly agreed. They charged my card $298. ($249 for the drain and $49 for the trip) Be very aware of their ad wording they tried to pass it off as a drain cleaning (which I also had a $49 coupon for) apparently there is a difference between a drain cleaning and a drain clearing. Don't give them your card # in advance! when calling to complain I was told I would have to wait for their manager to call me, surprise, surprise he never did call. Luckily, I have a good bank as they honored my dispute and credited me back $200.Posted on Google

Jonathan Moulton16 days agoThe plumber that changed out our garbage disposal did a great job. He was very quick and very professional. We had a good conversation and he seemed genuinely interested in helping us get the best price for all of the preventive maintenance that Superior Water & Air performs for us (tankless water heater, furnaces, condensing unit, water softener, reverse osmosis system). My only complaint is that he was three hours late. He was supposed to arrive between noon and 4:00 p.m., but didn't arrive until about 7:00 p.m. I don't fault the plumber, I think Superior Water & Air needs to work on their scheduling. He had to work on a well in Cache Valley before coming to perform our job. Superior Water & Air replaced our tank water heater with a tankless system when it failed, installed a reverse osmosis system for us and has performed inspections and repairs on our water softener, furnaces and condensing units. I've liked them as a company and they seem to send vey qualified and professional people. They just need to work on not over-scheduling their team so they can meet their appointment times.Posted on Google

Superior professionals did a higher quality job, much more efficiently, ensured it met code, troubleshot problems in minutes that would have taken me days, and provided a great warranty for years into the future! And that not only freed me up to work on some other projects, but my wife says the Superior guy doesn't swear like I do! That's worth extra!Posted on Google

The technician installed the disposal and didn’t check if it worked (it worked, but wouldn’t drain). He left without informing me of the issue. I called the office & reported what happened. The tech called me & said he wasn’t there to diagnose any issues(???) & tried to sell me on a new pressure relief valve. I do not want anything to do with this company. Jamie Peterson25 days agoWe have used Superior twice in the past 6 months. In January 2026, Roberto replaced our nearly dead water heater. He communicated well and got the job done efficiently! We are Very Happy with our new water heater! In September 2026, John & Chris replaced our 22 year old AC and Heater with a fabulous HE Lennox AC/heating system. They were great communicators and hard workers and even though our old house gave them some challenges they solved every problem. We can FEEL the difference in the airflow of our home. Christopher Maloy27 days agoJohn and Chris installed a new heat pump and furnace for me, and they could not have done a better job. They were considerate from start to finish and treated my home with respect the entire time. What really stood out is that they didn't stop at the new equipment. They also put in a new return duct for my existing furnace, annd improved how that existing system runs and made the whole setup easier for me to live with. They saw a way to make things better and took care of it. I'm very pleased with the result, and this experience makes me want to bring more of my business to Superior Air. If you want people who take pride in their work, ask for John and Chris. They are exactly what you want in a technician. This company will be the first one I call going forward. Paul Salenko28 days agoThe salesman was great, the installers were great. My only issue was that I was promised (by signed contract) that I was getting two bags of potassium with the install. No potassium at install, took about 10 days to get the two bags and then they had the nerve to charge me a $15.00 gasoline fee for something that they should have brought out originally.Posted on Google

Sarah Jenkins29 days agoThree weeks ago Superior Water and Air installed a new HVAC system. Last week it stopped working. But Superior still gets five stars from me. They got us on their schedule as soon as possible. And John and Chris who came to fix the system were both excellent. They not only diagnosed the problem but made sure it got fixed that day, even though it took them a few trips for parts and sitting through a summer rain shower while they monitored the system to make sure the repair was working. They were professional and pleasant the whole time they were here, answered my questions, explained the issue to me, and gave me complete confidence in them and the company they represent. Our system malfunction was a bit of a fluke but I was genuinely glad to interact with John and Chris and know Superior would take any issue seriously.Posted on Google

Linda Turner32 days agoSuperior Water & Air is fabulous! I am so very thrilled with our reverse osmosis and soft water system! They do excellent annual maintenance! I was thinking I could do it myself. However, there's so much more that they do that it's very worth it. For example, pressurizing the RO tank and testing if the water is soft enough. If not making adjustments. Each technician that we've had over the years has been very knowledgeable, kind, thorough and an expert. I'd like to give a shout out to Brayden Stoddard and Spencer our most recent technician. He was exceptional! Brayden gave one of the best descriptions of the system that I could understand. Yes, we've had these systems for many years but he explained it to me very clearly. Each and every technician has thoroughly checked everything and tweaked what needed to be done. brenpope2435 days ago*** Update - after a while our new faucet was having some issues and our shower was as well (nothing to do with Superiors work, just old house stuff). Called to see if they could come back and take a look. They sent Jaysen out and wow, amazing customer service. He was able to quickly diagnose the issues, fixed the faucet problem, and gave me some options for the shower. He was super kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using Jaysen and his team again. Very professional and helpful! Thank you, Jaysen!! Tyler installed our new kitchen faucet today. He did an excellent job! He also found a leak coming from a related part and was able to take care of it as well. He explained everything clearly and was very helpful and friendly. He even cleaned off some of the discoloration under the sink, leaving everything better than he found it. Mary Gadd37 days agoI called Superior about a basement floor drain that had backed up. Ben came out the next day and explained my options in full. We've used Superior for many projects and have always been satisfied. All their employees have always answered our questions in full, however dumb the question ends up being in hindsight. Sadly, when Ben was doing the work we found other issues and ended up needing to dig up the pipe and replace it. Ben returned again the next day and fixed it. When I mentioned a challenge I had with something totally irrelevant to what they were at my house to install, they took the time to see if they could solve my problem...and they did! Their consideration to investigate this totally separate issue will save me many headaches going forward. And the installation they were at my home to perform was flawless. Exact cut into quartz to add water purifier dispenser and neatly installed equipment under sink and water softener in utility room.
