Paul Abbott3 days agoTerry sold us the reverse osmosis system from Superior. He explained the difference this would make in our lives, not drinking tainted water directly from our sink, but filtered water that is clean and pure. Roberto and Edwardo came to install the system. They were very nice, proficient, knowledgeable and finished quickly. They answered our questions and explained how to turn things off and on. I would recommend them highly!Posted on Google

Jamie Peterson4 days agoWe have used Superior twice in the past 6 months. In January 2026, Roberto replaced our nearly dead water heater. He communicated well and got the job done efficiently! We are Very Happy with our new water heater! In September 2026, John & Chris replaced our 22 year old AC and Heater with a fabulous HE Lennox AC/heating system. They were great communicators and hard workers and even though our old house gave them some challenges they solved every problem. We can FEEL the difference in the airflow of our home. Christopher Maloy6 days agoJohn and Chris installed a new heat pump and furnace for me, and they could not have done a better job. They were considerate from start to finish and treated my home with respect the entire time. What really stood out is that they didn't stop at the new equipment. They also put in a new return duct for my existing furnace, annd improved how that existing system runs and made the whole setup easier for me to live with. They saw a way to make things better and took care of it. I'm very pleased with the result, and this experience makes me want to bring more of my business to Superior Air. If you want people who take pride in their work, ask for John and Chris. They are exactly what you want in a technician. This company will be the first one I call going forward. Paul Salenko7 days agoThe salesman was great, the installers were great. My only issue was that I was promised (by signed contract) that I was getting two bags of potassium with the install. No potassium at install, took about 10 days to get the two bags and then they had the nerve to charge me a $15.00 gasoline fee for something that they should have brought out originally.Posted on Google

Sarah Jenkins8 days agoThree weeks ago Superior Water and Air installed a new HVAC system. Last week it stopped working. But Superior still gets five stars from me. They got us on their schedule as soon as possible. And John and Chris who came to fix the system were both excellent. They not only diagnosed the problem but made sure it got fixed that day, even though it took them a few trips for parts and sitting through a summer rain shower while they monitored the system to make sure the repair was working. They were professional and pleasant the whole time they were here, answered my questions, explained the issue to me, and gave me complete confidence in them and the company they represent. Our system malfunction was a bit of a fluke but I was genuinely glad to interact with John and Chris and know Superior would take any issue seriously.Posted on Google

Linda Turner11 days agoSuperior Water & Air is fabulous! I am so very thrilled with our reverse osmosis and soft water system! They do excellent annual maintenance! I was thinking I could do it myself. However, there's so much more that they do that it's very worth it. For example, pressurizing the RO tank and testing if the water is soft enough. If not making adjustments. Each technician that we've had over the years has been very knowledgeable, kind, thorough and an expert. I'd like to give a shout out to Brayden Stoddard and Spencer our most recent technician. He was exceptional! Brayden gave one of the best descriptions of the system that I could understand. Yes, we've had these systems for many years but he explained it to me very clearly. Each and every technician has thoroughly checked everything and tweaked what needed to be done. Thank you, thank you!! Having the best water possible for drinking and cooking is very important to me and I feel that we definitely have that.Posted on Google

brenpope2414 days ago*** Update - after a while our new faucet was having some issues and our shower was as well (nothing to do with Superiors work, just old house stuff). Called to see if they could come back and take a look. They sent Jaysen out and wow, amazing customer service. He was able to quickly diagnose the issues, fixed the faucet problem, and gave me some options for the shower. He was super kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using Jaysen and his team again. Very professional and helpful! Thank you, Jaysen!! Tyler installed our new kitchen faucet today. He did an excellent job! He also found a leak coming from a related part and was able to take care of it as well. He explained everything clearly and was very helpful and friendly. He even cleaned off some of the discoloration under the sink, leaving everything better than he found it. Mary Gadd16 days agoI called Superior about a basement floor drain that had backed up. Ben came out the next day and explained my options in full. We've used Superior for many projects and have always been satisfied. All their employees have always answered our questions in full, however dumb the question ends up being in hindsight. Sadly, when Ben was doing the work we found other issues and ended up needing to dig up the pipe and replace it. Ben returned again the next day and fixed it. It has been 3 nights since and we have had no issues. I am happy to use Superior and Ben again in the future.Posted on Google

C MC18 days agoMike Parry & Austin installed a water softener & water purifier in my home today. They were two of the best servicemen I’ve encounter...ever! When I mentioned a challenge I had with something totally irrelevant to what they were at my house to install, they took the time to see if they could solve my problem...and they did! Their consideration to investigate this totally separate issue will save me many headaches going forward. And the installation they were at my home to perform was flawless. Exact cut into quartz to add water purifier dispenser and neatly installed equipment under sink and water softener in utility room. Unfortunately he did not have the parts with him but we determined other elements required replacement. We ordered a toilet from online supplier and had Art & his helper pickup the drop-shipped toilet and bring it & install it. GREAT job and very fair pricing! Austin, our Service Technician, was on time, very pleasant, and very knowledgeable as to our current water situation. He explained our options without any undo pressure to make a decision! As such, we have decided to go with a new, tankless water heater and look forward to having the crew at Superior Water to do the install! Thanks... GREAT service! Update: Tisay with had Trent Chappel came and installed our new tankless water heater. Superior service (excuse tgt pun) but he was on time, very knowledgeable and a great serviceman! Mary A Brown23 days agoMy AC and heating were really having trouble and were very old so I had both systems completely redone. The work was excellent, the result lovely. But mostly the people who came to work on it were professional, very pleasant to work with, and did an extremely good job! Cannot recommend them highly enough. They were. Donnie, Jesse, and Logan Pareda. Great team and great work! Mike Pokorny was the original estimator that assessed my system and proposed the course of action to balance my AC/Heating temperatures. As it was an older home which had been through a total renovation in 2000, this was a complicated challenge. He was extremely knowledgable, professional and informed. He did a complete assessment of my homes ducts, windows, traffic flows and square footage that needed air mitigation. He was terrific. Not pushy at all, rather came in like a doctor trying to figure out what the challenge would be and coming up with me with possible treatment plans based on an informed intelligence. I felt that he provided me with all the information that I needed, to make decisions. He spent the time needed efficiently and productively. A pleasure to meet and work with. Nanon Talley23 days agoThis company is unreliable. They want to have you as a monthly paying customer just to get your money, but don't deliver what they promise. The promise of a "spring" AC tune up should happen in the spring, not August when it's almost time to turn off the AC. By the time the showed up they discovered my AC had been leaking all summer. It would have been nice to catch that in the spring. Then they first said it would cost about $200 to fix. Within 5 minutes the price jumped to over $300. Time to find a more reliable company who cares about their paying customers enough to put them first.Posted on Google

Mark arrived in the afternoon on a Friday and finished well beyond dinner hour. He remained until he was certain that the job was done correctly. The word, "Professional" describes him in every way. I am grateful that after 53 years of marriage (Yep, to the same man) 10 moves in the first 9 years and 3 moves to 4 different homes, I have FINALLY found "my favorite professional plumber of all time!" Aaron Jenne25 days agoWe had our water heater flushed on Monday. After the water heater was flushed, we did not have hot water in our kitchen. On Monday night, we called for a follow up appointment and received an appointment for Wednesday. On Tuesday morning, we were told that we could have the same plumber come to our home that day. We were delighted; however, Due to some error in communication, he did not come. On Wednesday, our original appointment was not observed. On Thursday, a plumber came to our home. He said that our water heater, that we bought from Superior Water five years ago, was ruined. We were delighted to set an appointment to replace the water heater later that same day. We were also pleased that the water heater was still under warranty, and that the new water heater would be fully covered. Even under warranty, however, replacement cost $1,865 in labor fees. Due to a miscommunication between our plumber and the central office, my wife –– who was on bedrest following a cancer operation –– was told that she needed to arrive at Home Depot to replace the water heater. After she arrived, and spent 20 minutes at Home Depot, she was told that she did not need to be there, that there was a mistake, and the water heater was cared for. We very much liked each of the people with him we worked. The plumbers were awesome! Scheduling people were very kind. Everyone was totally empathetic. Unfortunately, due to a number of struggles with the central office, our problem persisted for the largest part of the week with no hot water in our kitchen. We were subjected to more delay and hassle than we found acceptable, but we got to work with amazing people. We feel it is time to reconsider our relationship with Superior Water and Air.Posted on Google

Williams25 days agoWe had a follow-up by Anthony to correct placement of wood board that secured our new water heater installed by another tech at Superior, since it was required by the code enforcement officer on her inspection. Anthony corrected the mistake of the prior tech, but also responded to my inquiry about water that had discharged into the catch basin at the bottom of the heater. He told me that was concerning for excessive water pressure in the home. I requested him to check the water pressure (which hadn't been checked or documented by the prior tech), and discovered it was excessively high. I requested him to change out the pressure regulation valve for the house, which he did. As a result, he averted a potential catastrophe. He was very helpful and informative, as well as efficient in his repairs. 5 stars for Anthony. But 1 star for prior tech, who is no longer with Superior. Anthony salvaged my opinion about Superior for the great catch!Posted on Google

I had an appointment that the technician wasn't aware of so he did not show up, I stayed home from work all day. All and all your back office is terrible. We chose Superior Water and Air through Costco and have not been disappointed. Not only do we now have a soft water system throughout our home, but also had them install a reverse osmosis drinking water system so we no longer have to buy bottled water. The repairman said nothing was wrong and that we should just use our system until it died. For that we paid over a hundred dollars. Francis Weymouth27 days agoOur water softener was due for a filter replacement and called the original installation company and asked for an estimate for the cost of the filter and received an email from the company stating that the filter would cost between $250.00 and $290.00. So I went ahead and scheduled the replacement and when the technician arrived, he told me that the filter was going to cost $500.00. Reluctantly, I went ahead and had the filter replaced because it was over due. The technician was very good and professional but my issue is with the company for quoting one price and then changing it. I would warn anyone looking for someone to work on their water softener to be aware of the deceptive nature of this companys’ behavior.Posted on Google

Jeannie Nixon27 days agoI have never had issues with Superior Water in the past, but now that it is under different ownership, I can honestly say this latest service visit was a terrible experience. We were having low pressure with our reverse osmosis system, so we scheduled a technician to come out and service it.They charged us $200 to replace the filters and fix the pressure issue. However, when they left, not only did they fail to put the water tank back where it belonged, but our reverse osmosis system completely stopped working. We were able to use the system before they arrived, and now we cannot use it at all.We made several attempts to get them to come back out on Monday—the exact same day they performed the service. Nobody called us back. When we finally reached someone, they promised a technician would call us, but we never heard from anyone. We finally got a hold of someone the following day, only to be told they couldn't get anyone back out to our house until Thursday. This is completely unacceptable customer service, and the quality of the technical work provided was terrible.Posted on Google

Paul White30 days agoHad an error on my unit for air restriction flow. I called them out to correct. The tech said everything was working fine and the error wasn't really a problem. I indicated the reason I called them was that I wanted the error cleared. Same as with the A/C and the furnace, super-smooth and the new water heater is up and running. --- 8/6/26 My A/C of 15 years failed two days ago. After a visit from Kadin (troubleshooting) and Michael (consultation), today Gavin and Logan came to install a new A/C and furnace (super-old furnace, so might as well). Long story short, super-smooth: from beginning to end, I was kept informed but free from having to worry about the small details. So, two days after the sad passing of my old A/C, my new A/C is up and running. --- 4/4/24 Simon Owens came to check my A/C. Solved the problem I had, and also provided valuable advice for general A/C system maintenance. --- Dave Barlow came to do a furnace tune up. Dave explained all the tests as he performed them, what they were and why they needed to be done. I learned a lot! The furnace passed the tests with flying colors. Dave shared a number of suggestions on how I can do some easy maintenance on my own, besides just replacing the filter, so the furnace service life can be extended. Dave came for the furnace, but he also took a quick look at the A/C condenser unit, again sharing a few maintenance tips to keep the A/C system in good shape. Something else I appreciated: Dave explained all the different services that Superior provides, but I didn't feel pressured into buying anything I really didn't need at this time. We need to use up our unsoftened water from our water heaters so we haven’t experienced it just yet but it’s something we wanted to do for absolutely years! Several people in our household suffer with eczema so we’re hoping this will help. Paul Taylor34 days agoOur experience was not a good one. The tech was nice and pleasant, but it felt like he was telling us what we wanted to hear not what was really happening. It took us over two weeks to get an appointment. In the meantime we had two other companies look at our AC, only to tell us we needed to use Superior because of the warranty. When they finally came they told us it would take several days to get parts. Don’t they have an inventory of spare parts? They came back a week later only to slip up and damage another part. A few more days before those parts arrived. They did finally fix it , but we were without AC for over three weeks in the hottest part of the summer. We are not happy with the way things went.Posted on Google

Caitlin Haight34 days agoUpdate: I should've updated earlier, but superior water and air promptly contacted me and immediately addressed the problems. They were very professional, kind and understanding. They helped reconcile the damage and made things right. Thank you for choosing the customer! Chose to go through Costco for good product and guarantee. Salesman was nice and friendly. Water softeners are expensive but what can ya do. Loved that the price included install and take away of old machine. Was told window of 8am-12pm for install. 11am rolled around and there was no contact from the company\install. I had to reach out and find out where the technician might be and was told 45 min out. The technician called 15 min later and said he was going to be 45min to an hour. So a little past noon is when they ended up coming. An updated arrival would've been appreciated and respectful of our time. Would've appreciated that a measurement would've been taken before they brought the water softener. It didn't fit. We had to cut through our cabinets to even wedge it in and even then it doesn't quite sit all the way upright but still level enough I believe. Salt was supplied and tech gave us brief run down of how to use the machine. Tech was great, salesman was great just would've appreciated communication and less cutting.+3Posted on Google
Arnel Macahilas35 days agoI have had my AC service today by Lance C. with Superior Water & Air. I was just observing on the corner of what he was doing and I know then that he was thorough and meticulous on the job he was doing. I like that. He leaves no room for failure in the system. When it was time for me to ask questions, he patiently explain the parts that work harder in the unit that overtime it weakens it functions. This is the kind of technician that I will trust to do my servicing and I will put my equipments in good hands. I greatly recommend him to anyone who wants the very best. Arnel from West Jordan, UT I am very much satisfied the way Josh did the job, he was thorough and go beyond to make sure all the wiring is properly insulated to prevent something that may create an electrical hazard. Additional work was required for current code requirement’s to complete our order. Jesse provided top level service to ensure we were within code standards. Marilyn Ostler35 days agoThere is never a good time for a water heater to break. Ours decided to give out on a Friday early afternoon. We had important things planned in our home for the weekend with family coming over and needed it back up and running. Called Superior Water and a representative was out by mid afternoon that Friday. Anthony was phenomenal to work with. He assessed our situation, was very professional and friendly, guided us through our next steps and assured us that we would receive great service and a great product replacement. Heather Lambert35 days agoOur AC stopped working at the worst time possible when X'avier and Aaron came to save the day. We needed to replace our AC and furnace. They had a big job to do and the forecast for the day was to be 102. They arrived first thing in the morning and got right to work. They were kind and very professional. They updated me on the progress of their work throughout the day and when they knew that they were going to need to come back to finish the job they were upfront about it and explained why. Even though they couldn't finish the job that day they did stay and work until we were able to have cold air again. I would definitely recommend Superior Water and Air to anyone for your HVAC needs!Posted on Google
